Warranty Policy

At Pure Moments, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. That’s why we offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase on all our jewellery. If you notice any defects in materials or workmanship during this period such as loose stones*, we will repair or replace your piece at no cost.

Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Scratches, nicks, or other damage from regular wear and tear
  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, seawater, swimming pools, or bathing
  • Broken chains, links, clasps, or earring posts
  • Modifications or repairs made by third parties
  • Damage from improper use or storage

    *Please note: For any repairs involving loose stones or pearls, the original piece must be returned with the stone/pearl intact. We are unable to process warranty claims for missing stones.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

We do not offer repairs outside the warranty period. All repair requests are subject to review by our customer service team.

Natural Variations

Slight irregularities in craftsmanship or the natural qualities of gemstones such as internal inclusions or slight variations in color and size are part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered defects.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Repairs are free of charge within the warranty period. If you're based in Singapore or Malaysia, return shipping is also free. All you have to do is to ship the product that needs repair to us.

    We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
